Special Needs Ministry Training

We’ve got a Special Needs Ministry…now what?

Join us for a special half-day workshop on Saturday, October 7. We are partnering with representatives from Joni and Friends of New England, Doug and Liz Babbitt, to learn valuable tools to help us continue to build our Special Needs Ministry. Doug and Liz will share their passion and disability ministry expertise with us.

The training will focus on why special needs families are indispensable in the body of Christ. Practical tools for not only welcoming individuals and families into our church, but how to provide programming to meet their unique needs. We will be diving into discussion with real life scenarios and participate in hands on activities. Most of all, you will come away with a renewed unified vision for sharing Christ with people of all abilities throughout our Walnut Hill Church campuses and in our individual communities.

It will be a morning of fun, engaging conversations and equipping is in store. Don’t miss it!

There is no cost to attend, but an registration is required. Breakfast will be served. Register by October 4.
