Walnut Hill is a Church in Action that values every life-supporting ministry.

Below are three of our partners who serve vulnerable women and families. These ministries have immediate needs for volunteers.

Young Lives exists to serve team moms in the Greater Danbury area in order to meet needs, make friends and model Christ’s love. Young Lives meets twice a month and has need for help:

Childcare during meetings

Food preparation for meetings

People willing to give presentations on special gifts/interests (crafts, budgeting, journaling, painting, cooking, life skills, etc.)

Samaritan Health Center exists to help those who are uninsured by providing low-cost primary pediatric health care. The center has immediate volunteer needs:

Doctors, Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants

Translators (especially Portuguese)

Prayer Warriors
