Live and Love Well Art Show
Calling all Walnut Hill visual artists! Walnut Hill is having an art show centered on our upcoming Live and Love Well 2024-2025 Annual Church Theme from the book of James. We want to invite you to submit your new or existing visual works (paintings, sketches, photography, collages, tapestries, etc.). This show is for people of all ages, and we will work to display as many works as possible.
While the sermon series goes from September 15-November 30, the show will open on October 6 and will be displayed through December.
How to be involved:
- You must be a regular attendee of Walnut Hill.
- Please read our Art Show Vision Statement below and submit works that align with the overall theme.
- While we prefer presentation-ready works, we will accept both framed and unframed pieces of art.
- Works must be able to be hung on a wall (paintings, sketches, photography, collages, tapestries, etc.).
- We will accept originals or professional prints of your work.
- While we will not display prices, we will display the title, artist name, medium and your website (if applicable).
- Please fill out the Submission Form and deliver your work and completed form to Walnut Hill’s receptionist at the front desk by September 30
- An opening art reception will be held at the church on October 6 at 2 p.m.
- The show will hang through December 31. Pieces may be picked up the following week. Please let us know if your piece can’t be displayed that long.
